Charity no: SC004796 CCLI: 278491
Palm Sunday 9 April 2017
Readings: Isaiah 50:4-9a; Philippians 2:5-11; Mathew 26 & 27
Collect: Almighty God, who, in your tender love for the human race, sent your Son, our Saviour Jesus Christ, to take our nature upon him, and to suffer death upon the cross, giving us the example of his great humility: mercifully grant, that we may both follow the example of his passion, and also, be made partakers of his resurrection; who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end.
Post Communion: Almighty God, you hate nothing that you have made, and forgive the sins of all who are penitent: create in us a clean and contrite heart; that, in lamenting our sinfulness, we may receive from you, the God of all mercy, forgiveness and perfect peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end.
